BOXING CLASSES

Our boxing trainers take the best in stretching and cardiovascular conditioning workouts and integrate them with top-notch boxing instruction providing a high intensity workout that cuts calories, improves health and builds self confidence. Our trainers are experienced in building ever-changing workouts that never get boring or stale.

 Training consists of the following segments:
Upper & Lower Body Stretching
Push-ups, Burpees & Plyometrics
Abdominal Conditioning featuring Leg Raises, Planks, Flutter Kicks & Crunches
Fundamental punching techniques
Body punching
Advanced punching combinations using numbered punching system
Defensive drills and strategies
Footwork, bobbing, weaving & slipping
Ring work
