AQUA INTENSITY

Fun fitness in the pool. Use of noodles, foam weights, and water resistance enhance your workout without stress on your joints. Saltwater pool keeps you refreshed while getting your fitness fix.

 

BODY BAR® SCULPT

Utilizing the classic fitness tool Body Bar for a total body sculpt. One bar does it all work out.

  

BOOT CAMP

Civilians will get a taste of military physical training with this grueling no excuses workout. Designed for everyone who is serious about getting in shape.

 

BARRE

Fun and empowering class set to today's hottest music. Classes begin with a warm-up focusing on postural strength and alignment, followed by a series of upper body exercises using light weights. The ballet barre is used to sculpt the lower body, abs and for flexibility training.

 

CARDIO JAM

A choreographed low impact, high-intensity class guaranteed to make you sweat.  A ten-minute strength and stretch segment complete this workout. You will be addicted!

  

INTERNAL GROOVE

A low impact choreographed dance with interval weight segments (light hand weights are recommended). Abdominal work and stretching finishes this workout.

 

KICK BUTT CLASS

Combines Tabatha, Cardio, Strength training for an incredible Metabolic boost!

 

SPINNING

 One of the world's leading exercise programs. Everyone can benefit from this indoor stationary bike experience. Individual bike computers allow you to track your progress. Motivated by heart-pumping music the instructors will take you on a bike riding adventure no matter what the weather! 

 

20/20 TABATA HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)

20 min Spin, 20 min Muscle/5 min Stretch 20 work/ 10min rest for 8 cycles.

 

TRX

The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original "best-in-class" workout system. This workout leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. Class participants are in control of how much you want to challenge yourself in each exercise. REGISTRATION and a nominal fee are required. 

 

YOGA

A wholesome approach to achieving a balance of physical and mental health, happiness and tranquility.

 

ZUMBA

Feel your body surge with energy.! Latin-inspired easy to follow dance moves exhilarate the senses. Classes feature exotic rhythms such as Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia and before participants know it...abdominals, arms, and thighs are being toned while you find yourself having fun burning calories. ZUMBA TONING

 Designed for the more hardcore Zumba enthusiasts. This class combines the use of lightweight maracas as an effective toning tool to enhance targeted body-sculpting exercises. This high energy cardio workout is infused with Latin-inspired moves creating a calorie burning fitness party!
