Tabata HIIT with Toni (Studio B) at 8:45 am 

Cardio Blast with Jacque (45 mins) at 9:00 am

Barre with Carla (Studio B) at 6:00 pm 

Hatha Yoga (Studio A) with Sagarika at 6:30 pm​​

THURSDAY

POOL SCHEDULE:

8am to 8pm Monday-Sunday

Pool is open to free swim when classes are in session except during Aqua Intensity Classes or if the pool is rented.

Please call ahead to ensure that the pool is available.
